My time off, It made me appreciate the fact that I had a great life outside work. loving wife and great kids.

Cons of working at Cree

management, they never seem to care how hard the people under them work. Its all about themselves and the prisoners be dammed

Cree benefits

My favorite perk/benefit was the profit sharing that the slowly and secretly did away for the employees but not management or engineering.
