Directly supervise, manage and coordinate activities of electricians, apprentices, helpers, and temporary workers.
Essential Functions
Lead by example
Implement quality control measures.
Examine and inspect work progress, equipment, and construction sites to verify safety and to ensure that specifications are met.
Prepare and provide documents such as Jobsite Safety Analysis, Jobsite Hazard Analysis and safety reports.
Interpret and track project schedule to provide two-week look ahead and forecast manpower requirements based on the project goals and schedule
Read specifications and blueprints to plan procedures and determine construction requirements
Maintain basic computer skills
Track and complete weekly time sheets.
Formally manage and request materials and supplies
Supervise, coordinate, and assign the activities of electricians, apprentices, helpers and temp workers
Confer with management, trade partners, other departments and contractors in order to coordinate work activities and resolve problems
Locate, measure, and mark site locations and placement of structures and equipment, using measuring and marking equipment
Foresee any production problems and recommend solutions, such as improving production methods or implementing motivational plans.
Train workers in construction methods, operation of equipment, safety procedures, and company policies
Meet all requirements as an electrician and perform the work normally assigned to electricians

WIN Waste Innovations is looking for an Electrical and Instrumentation Technician who is skilled, detail oriented, and self-motivated individual. The basic function of the E&I Technician is to install, troubleshoot, clean, inspect, calibrate, and maintain electrical, instrumentation, and distributive control equipment throughout the facility in a safe and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
Assists with monitoring and maintaining facility equipment (with supervision) to ensure safe and efficient equipment and facility operation.
Performs electrical preventive and repair maintenance procedures safely and professionally with adequate supervision in accordance with Federal and State Regulations, and Company Work Rules, Policies and Procedures.
Initiates and completes work-orders and requisitions and documents all critical and or pertinent information on a routine basis by direction and with supervision/training.
Responds and reports to work during off hours when emergency repairs are required with direct/remote assistance and/or supervision.
Travels to other facilities with-in the Company when technical support is required.
Takes proactive measures to address improvement opportunities.
Performs lesser skilled duties when required or requested.
Completes the Corporate and Plant Training Programs within the time frame prescribed.
Identifies and effectively uses basic and precision measuring tools to calculate and determine lengths, surface areas, and volumes as necessary while performing maintenance tasks on a routine basis.
Follows standard safety procedures, correct safety and environmental hazards, and report them to the Shift Supervisor immediately. Reads, understands, and applies information such as, lockout/tagout procedures, safety rules, job hazard analyses, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Works overtime.
Works rotating shifts during outages or if requested.
Communicates clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing; as well as communicate clearly whether using in-situ intercom system, two-way radio or face to face.
Anticipates typical problems, identify potential or recurring problems, and take appropriate action with supervision/training. Troubleshoots equipment, diagnose problems and repair with supervision/training.
Operates other equipment including, but not limited to, industrial forklifts, manlifts, skid steer type loaders, and other mobile equipment.
Maintain positive work environment by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, vendors, co-workers and management.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent.
Licensed Journeyman Electrician or minimum of 2 years' experience in the Electrical Field. Instrumentation experience not required.
Licenses required as necessary to comply with State, Environmental, and/or Federal regulatory agencies or if Electrician, licensed as necessary by State, Environmental, and/or Federal regulatory agencies.

General Description
Electric Actuation Technicians are responsible for the assembly, calibration, diagnostics and repair of all types of electric actuators (MOV's). Associated work often includes the service/repair of associated control, isolation, regulator/relief valves, including valve instrumentation.
Specific Responsibilities
Assist in the assembly, commissioning, troubleshooting and repair of electric actuators in the shop or at customer facilities
Determine service requirements for electrical and mechanical components by use of technical drawings and various types of measuring equipment
Preventive Maintenance and repair of electric actuators from brands such as Bettis, Limitorque, Rotork, Beck, and Auma.
Assist in the design of the bracket and coupling interface between electric actuators and valves
Customer communication - technical assistance, troubleshooting, determining disposition of repairs
Adherence to all safety, quality and company rules/regulations
Maintain excellent housekeeping standards
Participation and involvement in Safety, Quality, and Activities Committees.
Complete site-specific safety requirements

Perform electrical maintenance and troubleshooting on stamping presses and associated equipment. Perform basic mechanical troubleshooting and repair of stamping presses and associated equipment. Install and set-up new equipment and fixtures as needed.
Job Responsibilities & Requirements
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Work with stamping operations to ensure plant equipment is operating when necessary, through diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair. Issues may be mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, or electronic.
Ensure preventative maintenance is performed on all plant equipment to ensure maximum productivity. Schedules may be directed by manufacturer's specifications or developed internally.
Work with stamping operations to focus on improving productivity through the use of improvements in machines, materials, or processes.
Install and troubleshoot any new equipment as directed.
Attendance at work during the regularly scheduled shift is an essential duty. This includes, but is not limited to the ability to work overtime as required, to be present at work, arrive on time and be at the work station ready for work at the start of the shift.
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Education: High School diploma or general education certificate (GED) or Technical School, or five years related experience and / or training.
Language Skills: Effectively communicate with co-workers and management regarding work and safety issues. Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Write routine reports and correspondence
Computer Skills: Use Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office and PLC Programming Software (Allen Bradley and Mitsubishi Preferred). CAD and Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) software experience is a plus.
Certificates & Licenses: Journeyman or Maintenance Electrician License preferred. Equivalent training and experience may be accepted. Must qualify in MiTek Lock-Out Tag-Out program and Forklift Certification. Other MiTek Certifications as required.
Other Skills and Abilities: Basic computer set-up and basic networking skills experience a plus. Basic welding skills (i.e. Mig, Arc, Cutting Torch, etc.) are a plus.
