We're looking for a Revenue Operations lead to serve as the systems and analytics backbone of FLORA's go-to-market engine.
This role is for a builder: someone who loves stitching systems together, automating workflows, and turning messy GTM motions into a clean, scalable operating system. You'll sit at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product - ensuring our tools, data, and processes work together to drive clarity, velocity, and revenue.
This is a highly technical, highly strategic role. You won't just maintain systems - you'll architect how FLORA sells.

Architect and own FLORA's revenue stack across CRM, enrichment, automation, analytics, billing, and attribution
Ensure data flows cleanly between systems
Design scalable GTM infrastructure that supports PLG, sales-assist, and outbound motions

Design and implement automations that reduce manual work for Sales (routing, enrichment, tasking, follow-ups)
Operationalize inbound and sales-assist flows to ensure high-intent users are handled quickly and intelligently
Continuously identify bottlenecks and automate away friction
GTM Experimentation & Scale
Support outbound and growth experiments with clean data, tooling, and measurement
Rapidly spin up new GTM workflows, pilot programs, and tooling as the company evolves
Document systems and processes so they scale with the team
What We're Looking For
4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Engineering, or a similar systems-driven role, ideally in a PLG, SaaS startup environment.
Deep hands-on experience with modern GTM tooling (CRMs, enrichment, automation, analytics).
Strong technical orientation - comfortable configuring tools, building workflows, and working with APIs.
Highly analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into operational insight.
Builder mentality: you enjoy ambiguity and creating structure from scratch.
Strong cross-functional communicator who can partner effectively with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance.
Detail-oriented, systems-obsessed, and opinionated about how great GTM infrastructure should work.
Passionate, purpose-led, and all-in. You are obsessed with working towards our vision and spreading it to the world.
