Here's the Gist:
Help develop and own the Wet Etch and Cleans process design and related manufacturing processes in coordination with process development partners. You will ensure the process has high process capability and designed for High Volume Semiconductor manufacturing. This will be a Monday-Friday position.
The Day-to-Day:
Own and sustain the Wet Etch and Cleans process area or a part thereof along with other department engineers and technicians as part of a 24*7 High Volume Silicon Carbide Wafer Fab. Respond to any process deviations in a timely and systematic manner. Document findings and present them succinctly to a wide-ranging audience.
Perform process and capability studies to ensure that key parameters are identified, monitored, and controlled.
Own efforts to make the process Best in Class for performance and yield. Suggest and drive potential process/chemistries and equipment changes/upgrades to improve process performance.
Ensure work instructions and Out of Control Action Plans are up to date and area personnel are trained and certified to safely operate the tools.
This role involves working one weekend day.

Education and Experience:

Ability to modify technical specifications for project requirements and develop equipment data sheets
Experience with Hydraulic Modeling Software (PIPE-FLO, DESIGNET, or similar) is a plus
Experience with commissioning, and long-term operation requirements of groundwater and industrial wastewater treatment plants are a plus
Experience with design development during performance of turn-key project delivery is a plus
Strong Interpersonal and communications skills
