The Day-to-Day: * Drive defect reduction roadmap to meet technology development requirements * Respond to deviations in process control and manage out of control (OOC) action plans. * Develop strategy to partition defectivity problems and establish systems/processes in place to eliminate re-occurrence. * Develop recipes on Inspection tools to capture specific Defects. * Support high volume manufacturing as part of factory startup. * Document all aspects of the procedure in controlled documents and provide training to operators, technicians and engineers. * Establish relationships across various departments to drive cohesive learning and cross functional problem solving.
