About You Required Qualifications: 15+ years of experience in law enforcement, with direct traffic enforcement experience. ICS certification or advanced course completion and experience. Bachelor's degree and experience in a related field, such as Public Safety, Transportation or Emergency Management and/or certification in traffic safety or investigations. Exceptional communication, training, and relationship building skills. A large network of Law Enforcement contacts, Ie- FBI National Academy. Experience conducting technical investigations and liaising with external stakeholders. Understanding of safety best practices and protocols during emergencies.
