Who we're looking for:
Wolfspeed is seeking an integration testtechnician that will play a key part in yield of power device manufacturing process. You will work a compressed day shift (12 hrs, alternating 3 and 4-day workweeks; Front End Night Shift, Sunday-Tuesday and every other Saturday from 6pm to 6:15am). You will work on automated test equipment maintenance, calibration and disposition of wafers.
The Day-to-Day:
* Monitoring and performing corrective action in response to control charts
* Maintaining calibration standards and performing regularly scheduled equipment maintenance tasks
* Using critical thinking skills to troubleshoot individual electrical and mechanical failures and communicating regularly with engineering and operations
* Dispositioning wafers based on engineering feedback
* Identifying areas of improvement and implementing modifications to the measurement process

Join the core Hypershield Data Plane team within Cisco's Security Business Group-an industry-first effort redefining how modern distributed security is built. We are engineering the data path for a highly available, AI-designed security fabric that protects applications across public clouds, private data centers, and physical environments.
This team is building segmented firewalling directly in the data plane-a first-of-its-kind innovation not available elsewhere in the industry. **Meet the Team**
Join the core Hypershield Data Plane team within Cisco's Security Business Group-an industry-first effort redefining how modern distributed security is built. We are engineering the data path for a highly available, AI-designed security fabric that protects applications across public clouds, private data centers, and physical environments.
This team is building segmented firewalling directly in the data plane-a first-of-its-kind innovation not available elsewhere in the industry. Engineers on this team get end-to-end ownership of packet processing systems, deep exposure to DPUs (AMD), NPUs, and P4, and the opportunity to shape foundational architecture in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.

**Your Impact**
In this role, you will design, build, and optimize the data plane for Cisco Hypershield using C++, P4, and hardware offload technologies such as DPUs and NPUs. You'll work hands-on with AMD DPU specifications, packet processing pipelines, and performance-critical components from day one.
Success in this role means operating in a fast-paced model-quickly absorbing the architecture, contributing to data-plane development immediately, and delivering reliable, high-performance code with minimal hand-holding.
You will:
+ Design and implement data-plane features using P4, microcode, and C++ across DPU/NPU architectures.
+ Bring up hardware platforms, integrate SDKs, and debug low-level packet-processing behavior.
+ Work from AMD technical specifications to define and build performant pipelines.
+ Collaborate closely with internal teams (control plane, management plane, platform) to deliver end-to-end datapath functionality.

**Minimum Qualifications**

+ 7+ years of experience in packet processing (e.g., DPDK, TCP reassembly, high-throughput pipelines).
+ Programming experience in C/C++ and experience with P4 or microcode/U-code development.

Job Function:

To ensure that all environmental test equipment in use is calibrate and functional.

Responsible for setting up the Hi-Powered amplifier for RF/DC Burn-in operation i.e., making the DC or RF connection, monitoring the operations and documenting the test result.
Responsible for setting up and performing Power Handling test requirements on specified model.
To upload the approved environmental test result to the Network using department database.
Ability to assist and perform testing in the manual production test area as directed by the Team leader or Manager.

Job Summary:
The Manufacturing Engineering Technician (MET) acts as the bridge between the Manufacturing engineers who design a process and the production floor where the product is actually made. Job Summary:
The Manufacturing Engineering Technician (MET) acts as the bridge between the Manufacturing engineers who design a process and the production floor where the product is actually made. While the engineers focus on high-level concept and capital, technicians are the "hands-on" specialists who ensure the processes work, and the final products meet quality standards.
Principal Duties:
Troubleshooting & Repair: When a machine on the assembly line fails or starts producing defective parts, the technician is the first responder. They diagnose mechanical, electrical, or software issues (such as PLC programming errors).
Process Optimization: They look for "bottlenecks" in production. If a certain step is taking too long or creating too much waste, they collect and analyze data alongside the engineers to enable a redesign the workstation layout or suggest a different tool to speed things up.
Quality Control: They conduct tests and measurements on finished goods to ensure they match the original engineering blueprints.
Utilization of LEAN tools to compile data such as time studies, work instructions, etc…
Project Management: Manage small capital spend projects under the direction of manufacturing engineers to enable facility and process improvements.
Safety: Champion a safety first mindset and lead by example.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED.
3+ years of experience working within a manufacturing environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
Understanding of process improvement techniques and lean manufacturing principles.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Familiarity with industry standards such as ANSI, ISO, or ASME is a plus.
Proficiency in CAD software
