The incumbent routinely lifts, pushes, pulls, and carries items weighing 50 pounds, and up to 150 pounds (or more) with assistance. Grade 3 laborers exert very heavy physical effort in doing such tasks as frequently lifting and moving objects weighing over 50 pounds. Knowledge and ability to deliver acute and chronic wound care. Excellent communication skills, clinical judgment, critical thinking, and organizational skills are required. A demonstrated ability to multi-task is required. Whole-person perspective to case management is critical.
