Great pay company is about its people
Well once you get in it’s all good then management is where I didn’t fee comfortable being at work just were worried about them selfs not the employees working that shift
They had great benefits always had a shot a getting mvp which cool to show people that they are being recognized for hard work
Interaction with people, schedule, and the ability to be self motivated
Their leaders do not value diversity and inclusion. It is a very male dominated industry and many of their leaders lack empathy. With only a handful of females in operations, it is a hostile work environment and their leaders need coaching on how to build relationships with all walks of life. If you are looking at joining their team, ask yourself first, are you ok with being treated differently as a woman? Would you work in a position in which your co-workers are allowed to belittle you as a woman? Do you want to hear vulgar conversations?
