Greg was named President of Reliable Churchill in 1999, when the company was formed through a joint venture of Churchill Distributors and Reliable Liquors. Prior to that, Greg was Vice President of Sales at Churchill Distributors. He is active in an number of charitable organizations including, ALS Society, Bob Woodruff Foundation, American Lung Association and Alzheimer Association of America. Greg holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia.

Cons of working at Crescent Crown

Their leaders do not value diversity and inclusion. It is a very male dominated industry and many of their leaders lack empathy. With only a handful of females in operations, it is a hostile work environment and their leaders need coaching on how to build relationships with all walks of life. If you are looking at joining their team, ask yourself first, are you ok with being treated differently as a woman? Would you work in a position in which your co-workers are allowed to belittle you as a woman? Do you want to hear vulgar conversations?
