As a WarehouseAssociate, you are responsible for performing one or more warehouse tasks; including, but not limited to, receiving, put away, picking, packing orders for delivery, loading and unloading trucks and trailers, staging, sorting, counting products, auditing, wrapping pallets, and/or inventory control.
Primary Duties:
Pick product in pick modules or floor pick.
Flex between stocking, picking, loading, and processing, as needed.
Load and unload trucks and trailers by hand or by use of a motorized pallet jack.
Receive in merchandise on the purchase order off the vendor packing list.
Prepare return tickets or warranty materials and record damage of faulty material.
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older.
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
No experience in warehousing is required. Crescent Electric will connect you with the tools and resources for success.
Physical Demands:
Ability to and comfort with working at heights.
Ability to use a motorized pallet jack.
Often standing, walking, bending, reaching, and stooping. Occasional sitting, talking/hearing. The use of hands/fingers are often needed.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Perform tasks following established GMPs and Food and Employee Safety Practices. Notify a supervisor if a food or employee safety risk is identified or suspected.
Load and unload trucks and place ingredients, packaging, and maintenance materials into designated storage locations.
Operate electric pallet jacks, Big Joe, and forklifts in a safe and approved manner.
Complete required paperwork using Good Documentation Practices (GDPs).
Support the implementation of inventory control software, including data setup, item master validation, location mapping, and initial inventory uploads.
Participate in testing, training, and rollout activities for new or upgraded inventory systems to ensure accurate adoption and sustained use.
Support daily use and data accuracy within inventory control systems and the ManagerPlus CMMS, including inventory transactions and part issuance.
Maintain inventory control for Maintenance Department spare parts, consumables, and MRO items to support equipment reliability and uptime.
Coordinate with the Maintenance Manager to identify critical spare parts required to support key assets and reduce downtime risk.
Maintain min-max levels and reorder points for maintenance spare parts in ManagerPlus based on approved settings.
Execute replenishment actions for maintenance inventory once min-max and reorder points are approved.
Issue maintenance parts through ManagerPlus against approved work orders to ensure traceability, cost tracking, and accurate inventory balances.
Perform cycle counts and physical inventories for maintenance and production inventories; reconcile discrepancies and escalate variances.
Ensure storeroom organization, labeling, and accuracy align with inventory system and ManagerPlus part master records.
Maintain accurate inventory records to support production, maintenance, quality, financial, and audit requirements.
Have basic computer skills, including data entry into inventory control systems, ManagerPlus, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities
Responsible for movement of all materials to and from the production department.
Responsible for finished product from the production department, including the EBM packout and "NETSTAGE" areas.
Responsible for the movement of held ware from bays to be sorted. Once sorting is completed, movement back to bays.
Responsible for daily fork truck checks, including battery changes.
Inspect and properly package product for shipment to our customers.
Communicates and cooperates with other employees in a positive and constructive manner to achieve the Goals of the Department and the Plant.
