Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, maintaining positive guest relations at all times. Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction in each interaction. Be formally trained regarding liquor liability within 30 days of employment and every 2 years thereafter.
