Cooperate closely with other members of the outlet team including servers and kitchen colleagues. Act as a liaison between the guest and other hotel departments. Responsible for assisting in inspecting linen, china, silverware and condiments. Clear all tables during and after meal periods. Maintain the cleanliness of the Host/Hostess stand. Provide knowledge of the hotel, facilities and local city attractions to respond to guest and client inquiries. Experience Required High School graduate or equivalent preferred. College degree preferred with emphasis on Hospitality and Tourism. 1 - 2 years of previous restaurant experience required. Prior Food & Beverage experience required. Luxury hotel experience preferred. Knowledge of POS/reservation systems preferred.
