We're seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. Duties include, but are not limited to, the following: + Assist customers with questions and recommendations + Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register
+ Maintain security of cash and protect company assets
+ Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise
+ Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment in accordance with productivity standards

**Skills and Experience:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
+ Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred
+ Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required
+ Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
+ Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required
+ Strong organizational and communication skills are required

GENERAL SUMMARY:
Function as a Cashier and/or Stocker and act in a lead capacity in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. Assist in setting and maintaining plan-o-grams and programs. Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:
Site Closure Plans:
Lead the comprehensive development and execution of site closure plans, including conducting necessary studies and mitigation activities essential for the successful closure of inactive facilities.
Reclamation Management:
Oversee reclamation permits for the site, managing the reclamation cost model, surety bonds, and long-term trusts effectively.
Financial Compliance:

Cultural Resource Coordination:

Job requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Mine Engineering, Environmental Science, Geology, Hydrology, Ecology, or a related field is required.
Experience:
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in permitting, mine planning, environmental compliance, or reclamation/closure roles is required.
At least three (3) years of supervisory experience is required.
Communication Skills:
Exceptional verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills are required.
Proven ability to prepare technical communications and effectively convey results to diverse audiences is essential.
Project Management:
Demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously is required.
Ability to work independently and within small, multi-disciplinary teams is essential.
Technical Skills:

We're seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team to help with store operations, customer service and team development. Duties include, but are not limited to, the following: + Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities + Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address any questions or concerns they may have
+ Help organize, and transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor as needed and ensure the seasonal areas of the store are maintained
+ Perform opening and closing procedures as needed
+ Process all corporate directives including Pull and Hold/Destroy, Task Compliance, Key Survey information requests and any additional communications related to store activities
+ Maintain promotional effectiveness of store-front fixtures and displays
+ Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged merchandise, record keeping (including payroll, scheduling, and cash register deposits and receipts), and loss prevention
+ Maintain areas of the store, including a well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom, to company standards
+ Protect and secure all company assets, including store cash
+ Adhere to policies and procedures including safety guidelines and ensure all store associates follow company policies and procedures
+ Help the Store Manager supervise, train, and develop Store Associates
+ Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders
+ Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness throughout the store, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable
+ Other duties as assigned*
**Skills and Experience:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; ability to read, interpret, and explain operational directives (e.g., merchandise schematics, etc.) is required
+ Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred
+ Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
+ Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required
+ Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment is required
+ Exceptional customer service, organizational, and communication skills are required
+ Strong problem solving and decision-making skills are required

Responsibilities: Reporting to the Surface Mobile Maintenance Supervisor, the Surface Mobile Maintenance Technician is responsible for the following:
Service, maintain, and repair surface mining equipment
Operation of light and heavy equipment as needed
Troubleshoot equipment and apply best practices to successfully repair and maintain top of the line mining equipment
Qualifications: Three (3) or more years of experience maintaining heavy equipment in a mining, construction or farming environment required
Experience maintaining diesel equipment required
Experience maintaining electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on mobile equipment required
Ability to read and understand schematics of mobile equipment required
Strong problem-solving skills required
Proven excellent safety and attendance record required
Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment preferred
Demonstrated ability to perform the essential functions of the job required
The ability to work a rotating schedule of nights and days is an essential function of this role.

Job Details
GENERAL SUMMARY:
Function as a Cashier and/or Stocker and act in a lead capacity in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. Assist in setting and maintaining plan-o-grams and programs. Provide exemplary customer service. Perform other duties as necessary to maximize profitability, customer satisfaction, and teamwork, while protecting company assets and reducing losses.
DUTIES and ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
* Unload trucks according to the prescribed process for the store.
* Follow company work processes to receive, open and unpack cartons and totes.
* Stock merchandise; rotate and face merchandise on shelves and build merchandise displays.
* Restock returned and recovered merchandise.
* Order zones and drop shipment categories, following prescribed ordering practices, as assigned by the Store Manager.
* Assist in plan-o-gram implementation and maintenance.
* Assist customers by locating merchandise.
* Bail cardboard and take out trash; dust and mop store floors; clean restroom and stockroom.
* Greet customers as they enter the store.
* Maintain register countertops and bags; implement register countertop plan-o-grams.
* Operate cash register and flatbed scanner to itemize and total customer's purchase; bag merchandise.
* Collect payment from customer and make change.
* Clean front end of store and help set up sidewalk displays.
* Help to maintain a clean, well-organized store and facilitate a safe and secure working and shopping environment.
* Provide superior customer service leadership.
* Follow company policies and procedures as outlined in the Standard Operating Procedures manual, Employee Handbook, and company communications.
* Open and/or close the store under specific direction of the Area Manager.
In the Absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager:
* Authorize and sign for refunds and overrides; count register; make bank deposits.
* Assist in maintaining strict cashier accountability, key control, and adherence to company security practices and cash control procedures.
* Monitor cash levels and make appropriate drawer pulls as directed by the Store Manager.
* Monitor cameras for unusual activities (customers and employees), if applicable.
* Supply cashiers with change when needed.
* Complete all required paperwork and documentation according to guidelines and deadlines as assigned.
Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS:
* Ability to perform mathematical calculations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.
* Knowledge of cash handling procedures including cashier accountability and deposit control.
* Ability to perform IBM cash register functions.
* Knowledge of cash, facility and safety control policies and practices.
* Effective interpersonal and oral & written communication skills.
* Understanding of safety policies and practices.
* Ability to read and follow plan-o-gram and merchandise presentation guidance.
WORK EXPERIENCE and/or EDUCATION:
* High school diploma or equivalent and six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred.
WORKING CONDITIONS
* Frequent walking and standing
* Frequent bending, stooping, and kneeling to run check out station, stock merchandise and unload trucks; which may also require the ability to push and/or pull rolltainers for stocking merchandise
* Frequent handling of merchandise and equipment such as handheld scanners, pricing guns, box cutters, merchandise containers, two-wheel dollies, U-boats (six-wheel carts), and rolltainers
* Frequent and proper lifting of up to 40 pounds; occasional lifting of up to 55 pounds
* Occasional climbing (using step ladder) up to heights of six feet
* Fast-paced environment; moderate noise level
* Occasional exposure to outside weather conditions
* Occasional or regular driving/providing own transportation to make bank deposits, attend management meetings and travel to other Dollar General stores.
