PACE is a unique managed care benefit for frail seniors (referred to as participants) age 55 and older who are certified by the state as needing nursing home level care and who reside in a PACE service area. PACE programs coordinate and provide comprehensive medical and support services so that participants can remain independent and stay in their homes for as long as safely possible.

Bienvivir is currently accepting applications for the following position:
DRIVER
Under the supervision of the Transportation Supervisor, the Driver is to safely transport and physically assist Bienvivir/PACE participants to and from the center to home and to medical appointments as dictated by the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Safely transport participants and provide door to door service to/and from the center, home, and medical appointments.
2. Sign-in/register participants at Specialist Office for medical appointments.
3. Physically assist and escort frail participants from their residence to the van and back.
4. Deliver medications and medical supplies to the participant's home and/or other facilities as required.
5. Driver will verify the name of the participant, the address and the center of attendance prior to delivery of any medication to participants.
6. Driver will request a signature from the person receiving the medication.
7. Driver will return undelivered medication to the pharmacy and will request a signature from the person receiving the medication.
8. Ensure that all straps are firmly and securely locked down when participants in wheelchairs are being transported. There should not be any slack in straps.
9. Drivers are required to carry oxygen tanks in the vehicle and set up a participant with a tank or exchange the empty tank with a full one, then set the liter flow on the regulator.
10. Take appropriate actions (contact clinic staff) in the event of an incident/accident with a participant or vehicle.
11. Provide the Transportation Supervisor with daily delivery logs. Observe and report participants' changes, or participants who refuse to attend the center or are not ready.
12.To ensure participants have all their required Durable Medical Equipment (DME) when boarding/off boarding the vehicle.
13. Reads Mobile Data Terminal (MDT) notes to see how the participant should board/off board the van, - via main door or via lift.
14. Conducts daily vehicle inspections to ensure assigned vehicle is safe to operate.
15. Carry and maintain assigned cellular phone ON at all times during working hours or as required. Cellular phone will not be used while driving. All calls must be answered as promptly as possible without compromising safety.
16. Must work outside normal working hours in case of a medical emergency and/or late scheduled appointments to include medication deliveries.
17. Provide on-call coverage after hours, on weekends and holidays as assigned to provide transportation to participants, deliver medications, medical supplies, etc...
18. Performs other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor, department manager or division chief.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
1. GED or high school diploma
2. Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age with five years' experience of continuous driving experience.
3. Must have a VALID Texas driver's license (Class C)
4. Bilingual capability is required (English/Spanish).
5. Minimum one (1) year experience working with the frail elderly preferred.
6. Must have a current CPR card.
7. Driving record must NOT have any serious violations.

Provides radiation therapy services by contributing as an essential member of the radiation oncology treatment team. Maintains knowledge of mold room procedures. Is able to construct electron blocks or other devices as appropriate
Is assigned to the on call schedule as per established procedures. Is able to complete patient setup, calculations and treatment on emergency basis.

JOB SUMMARY
The Registered Nurse (RN) is a licensed professional who uses the BSWH nursing professional practice model to coordinate patient care delivery by the health care team. Using the nursing process, the RN assesses the patient, identifies nursing diagnoses based on responses to health problems, develops and implements an individualized plan of care, and evaluates the patient's response. The RN promotes safe passage for their patients by using knowledge of patient needs and the healthcare environment to assist patients to transition through the healthcare encounter without any preventable complications or delays. The RN delegates interventions to health care personnel based on the Texas Nursing Practice Act, each patient's condition and the competencies of the employee.
RN job is to be used for RNs in hospital inpatient and outpatient departments with 24X7 staffing which include those departments with on-call staffing on the off shifts. Examples of hospital inpatient and outpatient procedural areas: GI Lab, Pain Management, Dialysis, Infusion Centers and IV Services.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE
Clinical Judgment: Using clinical reasoning, conducts accurate clinical assessments according to practice standards. Identifies and prioritizes patient and family needs. Develops, implements and evaluates the nursing plan of care. Modifies plan to meet clinical outcomes.
Clinical Inquiry: Systematically evaluates the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice, including, but not limited to, nursing sensitive indicators. Supports evidence-based practice changes through research utilization and experiential learning. Participates in quality/performance improvement initiatives.
Caring Practices: Creates a compassionate, supportive, safe and therapeutic environment for patients, families and staff. Develops therapeutic relationships with patient and family and maintains appropriate boundaries. Manages both emotional and physical pain with the aim of promoting comfort and healing and preventing unnecessary suffering.
Response to Diversity: Recognizes, appreciates and incorporates a patient's and family's unique differences, such as culture, spiritual beliefs, gender, race, ethnicity, lifestyle, socioeconomic status, age, and values, into an individualized plan of care.
Advocacy and Moral Agency: Preserves and protects the confidentiality, autonomy, dignity and rights of patient and family and represents their concerns. Creates an individualized plan that accurately reflects patient and family values and goals. Identifies and helps resolve ethical and clinical concerns.
Facilitation of Learning: Facilitates learning for patients and families, nursing staff, other members of the health care team and community; integrating appropriate education throughout the continuum of care to help them participate and/or make informed decisions about their health care and treatments, including health promotion and disease prevention. Assesses and documents learning needs and outcomes.
Collaboration: Works collaboratively and interdependently with colleagues and community to develop and implement an integrated plan of care. Open and sensitive to all team members' unique contributions. Delegates tasks and care to appropriate staff and ensures timely follow-up.
Systems Thinking: Uses strategies and available resources for problem-solving for patients, family and staff. Recognizes that resources are limited and considers factors related to safety, effectiveness and efficiency in planning and delivering patient care.
Professionalism: Improves nursing practice and the work environment through participating in shared governance and decision-making processes and meaningfully recognizing the contributions of others. Participates in the staffing process from education and planning to evaluation. KEY SUCCESS FACTORS
Knowledge and understanding of nursing and patient care standards and procedures.
Knowledge of laws, rules and regulations; standards and guidelines of certifying and accrediting bodies; hospital and department/unit standards, protocols, policies and procedures governing the provision of nursing care applicable to the area of assignment.
Knowledge of medical terminology; principles and practices of health promotion, risk reduction, illness and disease prevention and management; medications and drugs, common dosages, their physical and physiological effects, and possible adverse reactions.

About the Role:
The Activity Therapist at Trinity River Recovery, plays a vital role in enhancing the mental and emotional well-being of patients through structured therapeutic activities. This position focuses on designing, implementing, and evaluating individualized activity programs that promote socialization, cognitive function, and physical health. The therapist collaborates closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure that activities align with patients' treatment goals and support their recovery journey. By fostering a supportive and engaging environment, the Activity Therapist helps patients develop coping skills, improve self-esteem, and achieve greater independence. Ultimately, this role contributes significantly to the holistic care approach, improving overall patient outcomes within the behavioral health setting.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy, Recreational Therapy or a related field.
Certification or licensure as an Activity Therapist or Recreational Therapist as required by state regulations.

Licensed Clinical Therapist is responsible for the full range of functions typically performed by a licensed counselor in a private practice out-patient setting. Functions include evaluation, psychotherapy, and consultation. Therapy may be with individuals, families, couples, and groups. Essential Job Functions
