About the role:
As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Cresta, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers' success and driving business growth. You will foster strong customer relationships, play a major role in retention and expansion, and be an advocate for our customers internally to influence roadmap and process improvements.
Responsibilities:
Enterprise Portfolio Management: Oversee a portfolio of approximately 20 enterprise clients, ensuring comprehensive management of large-scale organizations and effectively handling a high volume of accounts
Customer Relationship Management: Foster deep and strategic relationships with our customers, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate
Customer Journey Optimization: Continuously analyze and improve the customer journey, identifying opportunities to enhance customer experience and drive product adoption
Renewal and Expansion: Drive renewal and expansion efforts, ensuring customers are maximizing the value of our products and services and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
Metrics and KPIs: Track and be driven by broader Customer Success team KPIs including NRR, GRR, and Time to Value
Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data and analytics to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive business growth
Account Management: Lead project and stakeholder management efforts by engaging with customers at all levels, from individual agents to executives, through regular meetings and quarterly business reviews (which you'll run)
Be a Builder: Build and configure the Cresta product for customers, while also enabling them to be fully enabled and self-sufficient
Qualifications We Value:

Salary Range

This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule - Faire employees will be expected to go into the office 2 days per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays, effective the week of January 13, 2025. Additionally, in-office roles will have the flexibility to work remotely up to 4 weeks per year.

Implementation Manager at Cresta is highly impactful - you will be the first point of contact to our customers post sales and are responsible for ensuring successful delivery and realization of value for F500 enterprise customers. As our design intern, you'll be responsible for ensuring consistently great design across all external touch points with the company.
This role is based in San Francisco, CA. We're an in-person company who deeply believe that great products are not built working from home.
In this role, you'll:
Work on branding
Design the website
Design the UI/UX for our software products
Contribute to social media marketing efforts

About this role
Faire is a company invested in building great products-as a lead UX Researcher, you'll join a tight-knit, collaborative Research team that cares deeply about Faire's customers and ensuring they have great experiences. Our team is at the center of user experience at Faire, improving our product for the thousands of independent retailers and brands growing their businesses in our marketplace.
In this role, you'll help shape Faire's Retailer experiences, working with team members across product management, product design, analytics, engineering, and marketing. You'll work across product teams to drive research projects, as well as consult on research activities led by teammates. Your work will directly impact experiences to help retailers find inspiration, discover new products and brands, build wholesale orders, as well as the services that deliver value to Retailers. As one of our research team members, you'll be an integral part of developing the culture and practice of research at Faire.
We're looking for team members that are great mixed methods researchers, excel at informing and influencing product development, come with a growth mindset, and bring a genuine desire to learn and help others learn about our customers. We're specifically seeking candidates with experience developing and implementing UX measures, and utilizing creative research approaches to develop and test early product hypotheses.

What you'll do
Collaborate with partners across design, product, engineering, and data science to deliver insights that allow them to define and build products and features that are valuable to our customers
Conduct generative and evaluative research across Faire products in collaboration with product teams.
Develop and deliver clear and actionable data-driven insights, narratives, artifacts
Effectively socialize insights and opportunities to inform strategic and product decisions.
Contribute to strategic thinking at the product, marketing, and company level
Mentor and support cross-functional team members research activities
Contribute to and positively shape Faire's culture through collaboration, feedback, and proactive participation
Qualifications
You're a trained researcher and have an advanced degree in a field related to UX research (e.g. Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, HCI etc.) or an equivalent form of relevant research training.
4+ years of experience researching digital products and systems. 2+ years of experience as an embedded researcher with a growth stage company.
You have a breadth of knowledge about UX research, from methods to effective storytelling and have expertise in quantitative and qualitative approaches.
You have experience working closely with data science and analytics teams to drive outcomes for customers.
Great communication skills. You present research insights and recommendations clearly and confidently, regardless of audience.
A collaborative approach. You're a great partner to others and your cross-functional teammates.
A growth mindset. You're open and receptive to feedback and can adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
A product-centric researcher. You think about the value of research in terms of product development and outcomes.
Salary Range
San Francisco, CA: the pay range for this role is $167,000 - $230,000 per year.
This role will also be eligible for equity and benefits. Actual base pay will be determined based on permissible factors such as transferable skills, work experience, market demands, and primary work location. The base pay range provided is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule - Faire employees will be expected to go into the office 2 days per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays, effective the week of January 13, 2025. Additionally, in-office roles will have the flexibility to work remotely up to 4 weeks per year.

About the role:
As a Principal Solutions Engineer you will partner with a Sales Director to showcase the power of Cresta to potential customers. In this role you will provide technical insights and solutioning to stakeholders both internal and external by understanding customers technical requirements. You will conduct product demos, manage technical validation activities (including proof-of-concept exercises and pilots), and ultimately help develop the business case for the prospect during the sales cycle. About the role:
We're looking for an exceptional, results-driven Senior Customer Marketing Manager to build and scale mission-critical programs, from customer advocacy and storytelling, to expansion campaigns, and everything in-between. This role reports directly to the Head of Product Marketing and you'll collaborate closely across our Marketing, Sales, and CS to drive pipeline, improve win rates, and refine our strategy by being the internal and external voice of our raving customers.
