We are seeking a highly motivated Mid-to-Senior level Originator to join our Fund Liquidity Solutions team. This individual will be responsible for the origination of fund-level bespoke capital solutions for private investment firms (PE, RE, credit and infrastructure). across a variety of industries. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of fund finance, private credit and/or private equity, a proven track record of deal origination and execution, and strong relationships within the middle market private equity ecosystem.
Responsibilities
Actively identify, source, and evaluate new investment opportunities with middle market sponsors through an established network of relationships with private equity firms and other financial intermediaries.
Develop and maintain a robust deal pipeline aligned with the firm's investment strategy.
Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key industry contacts to generate a consistent pipeline of high-quality deal flow.
Work with internal credit and underwriting teams to analyze potential transactions, assess credit risk, and structure customized financing solutions that meet the needs of both the client and the firm.
Stay current on market trends, competitor activity, and industry changes to identify new business opportunities and inform strategy.

Required Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or CFA is a plus.
10+ years of experience in capital markets, middle-market lending, fund finance, or investment banking.
Extensive network of relationships with private equity firms, M&A advisors, and other relevant intermediaries.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
