My favorite benefit of working at Crestron Electronics was the amazing benefits they provide for their employees. Dan Feldstein, owner of Crestron and his family made you feel like you were part of their family. They were so approachable.

What I like best about the CEO of Crestron was he was for the people. As a private company he was the one making the calls in every aspect of the company. He wanted the best for all his over 1,800 employees.

I would improve the company culture by creating opportunities for employees to work together again. Everything is different since Covid.
