the pay is nice
some of the managers are extremely short with you and if you do one wrong thing, they never let you make up for it.
the pay is the only reason to work here.
They treat everyone fairly. I'm well compensated for the work that I do. Safety is Crete's number 1 priority. If I have a problem, it's resolved quickly.
People don't don't appreciate their job. People that expect more then they put in. I don't want to be exposed to ungrateful employees that complain.
We have quarterly bonuses that pay on productivity and safety. The harder and safer I am, the more money I earn. Crete is debt free and also pays profit sharing at the end of the year depending on seniority and productivity. You get what you put in at Crete Carrier.
I don't like working for Crete. Extremely unprofessional workplace
Lack of respect, not inclusive and diversity not important. Poor management. Crete focuses solely on drivers. Drivers are rewarded even when they treat customers and office staff poorly. Hugh office turnover because upper management does not invest in or care about office staff.
