OperatorAssembler I Position Summary
The OperatorAssembler I will be responsible for operating and tending manufacturing machines, per prescribed work instructions, to create parts or products. This position is also responsible for quality checks, assembly, packaging, labeling, and moving of product.
2nd shift schedule is Monday - Thursday 3:45pm - 1:45am
Responsibilities
OperatorAssembler I Responsibilities:
Operate hand equipment and tools used in the assembly process
Ensure quality products are being produced by following work instructions and inspecting parts
Ability to use measuring equipment (gauge pins, calipers, tape measure)
Maintaining daily production rates
Read, understand, and follow work instructions and standard work
Qualifications

Knowledge of basic math concepts
Dexterity and hand and eye coordination
Ability to cross train in other areas of production when required

Position Summary:
The Production Operator will support the Laser Processing business unit, formerly Spectralytics, and be responsible for producing, monitoring, measuring, and cleaning component parts. This position will also perform machine procedures and processes.
This positions shift schedule is Monday through Thursday 3pm to 1:30am
Responsibilities
Operate production equipment to produce component parts from work instructions and prints ensuring correct material, tooling, processes, programs, chemical handling in certain areas and forms are being used
Use microscope or visual equipment on a regular basis to visually inspect parts
Inspect and monitor the quality of the parts produced per visual and dimensional requirements
Know and understand the Quality Management System (QMS), ISO and ensure requirements are met
Complete job-related paperwork to include quality history records, setup sheets, checklists and process rate charts

Operator - Assembler Position Summary
The Operator - Assembler is responsible for operating and tending specified equipment and machines to create parts or products for the medical device industry. They are also responsible for quality checks, assembly, packaging, labeling and moving of product.
Shifts Available:
1st shift: 6:00am-2:30pm Mon-Fri
3rd shift : 10:00 pm- 6:30 am Sun- Thurs
7th: 6:00pm-6:30am Mon-Wed, every other Sunday
8th: 6:00am-6:30pm Thurs-Sat, every other Sunday
9th: 6:00pm-6:30am Thurs-Sat, every other Sunday
Responsibilities
Inspect, trim, clean, and package products to customer specifications
Use Bill of Material (BOM) to pull required materials
Read and understand Operational Quality Inspections (OQI's)
Ability to use measuring equipment (gauge pins, calipers, tape measure)
Mix chemicals and materials as required
Ensure the quality of the products being produced
Responsible for periodic checks on output
Complete assigned tasks through hot stamping, sonic welding, pad printing, resistance welding and silicone back filling
Responsible for prompt recognition of faulty equipment
Perform assembly and secondary production operations
Qualifications
1+ years of experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience using a microscope
Knowledge of clean room environment procedures and regulations
Knowledge of machinery and equipment
Ability to read and understand work instructions, prints, and IP's
Knowledge of basic math concepts and skills

Production Operator Position Summary
The Production Operator will support the Stamping business unit and in this role you will be responsible for producing, monitoring, measuring, and cleaning component parts. This position will also perform machine procedures and processes.
This positions shift schedule is Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm
Responsibilities
Production Operator Responsibilities:
* Operate production equipment to produce component parts from work instructions and prints ensuring correct material, tooling, processes, programs, chemical handling in certain areas and forms are being used
* Use microscope or visual equipment on a regular basis to visually inspect parts
* Inspect and monitor the quality of the parts produced per visual and dimensional requirements
* Accurately record and report quantities
* Support and comply with the company Quality System, ISO, and medical device requirements
* Perform setups, troubleshoot, and operate machines per established work instructions
* Use various measurement hardware and software to measure medical device components to verify parts meet specifications or tolerances
Qualifications
Production Operator Position Qualifications:
* 2 years of experience in a manufacturing role
* Ability to collaborate and assist team members, provide input to the area lead and attend and participate in meetings
* Ability to cross train in other areas of production when required
* Ability to use basic hand tools, basic measurement equipment, and production processes
* Ability to prioritize and multitask
* Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
* Attention to detail
* Ability to lift over 20 lbs
Production Operator Preferred Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 1 year of experience in a regulated environment
* Previous experience operating machines and/or metal finish tasks

This pay range reflects the base hourly rate or annual salary for positions within this job grade, based on our market-based pay structures. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as skills, relevant experience, education, internal equity, business needs, and local market conditions. While the full hiring range is shared for transparency, offers are rarely made at the minimum or maximum of the range.
