POSITION SUMMARY Plans, directs, schedules, performs, and checks all work in connection with construction and maintenance of gas distribution system. Performs company field operations including manual labor and other duties necessary to accomplish the installation, repair, construction, and maintenance of natural gas distribution systems. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Leads and directs all gas distribution work for a construction crew. Installs, repairs or replaces steel and plastic pipe. Trains, coaches and monitors crew members. Responsible for locating gas lines and ensuring that other utility lines are located prior to excavation. Responsible for the quality of all plastic and steel welding by crew members. Transports required equipment, tools, and supplies to work site. Provides First Responder assistance in emergency situations. Completes paperwork as required. Performs other duties as assigned. EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE Requires a high school diploma or the equivalent knowledge of English, mathematics (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and percentages), punctuation, grammar and spelling. Preferred candidate will have a minimum of five (5) years' experience in construction, installation, and maintenance of natural gas distribution systems, including two (2) years' experience welding (steel) pipe & two (2) years' experience of plastic fusion activities. Requires a commercial driver's license and company welding certification. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES Provide a valid state Class A commercial driver's license and present and maintain a good driving record and to operate company vehicles safely and in compliance with applicable laws and company policies. Job Description Job Duties & Responsibilities Accomplishes all work following company and industry safety standards, maintaining the highest level of quality while ensuring all assigned AMTs also comply. Adheres to all FAA Regulations, the Repair Station Quality Control Manual (RSQCM), and all other approved data. Directly supervises assigned AMTs. Provides technical leadership and training for AMTs. Performs complicated maintenance procedures, advanced troubleshooting and/or complex repairs needed for Falcon Jet aircraft as identified in the work order. Ensures all documents are signed off completely, properly and in a timely manner in accordance with the RSQCM. Performs RII maintenance procedures. In the absence of the Crew Chief the AMT- Lead will assume the responsibilities of the Crew Chief. Works assigned shift and unscheduled overtime as-needed or requested. Perform tasks involving physical labor at pool construction sites. Job Description Contractor's Specialty Service Company is the Arkansas contractor of choice for temporary and permanent pavement marking and marking removal services. Our services include long line thermoplastic and paint striping, detail and parking lot striping, airport striping, decorative crosswalks, and pavement marking removal. Through a combination of highly trained staff and state-of-the art equipment, CSSC is able to exceed the expectations of our government, contractor, and private business customers. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · Manually load or unload equipment, materials, or supplies · Assist with layout of roadway markings. · Correctly load and secure all loads. · Drive assigned vehicle/equipment as directed to and from job site. Including daily pre-trip inspections of assigned truck and log keeping, as required. (eligible drivers only). · Perform roadway preparation, including grinding, sealing, tape removal, as directed. · Once Flagger certified, assist in traffic control as directed. · Assist in maintenance of assigned equipment. · Responsible for maintaining assigned PPE and having proper PPE on hand for scheduled work. · Participate in all required safety training including weekly Toolbox Talks. · Clean and organize warehouse, shop, yard, office, and vehicles to maintain a clean, safe work environment. · Responsible for reporting all incidents you are involved in or witness to the Safety Director as per company training and incident reporting protocols. · Other duties as assigned MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: · High school diploma or equivalent · Must successfully complete a pre-employment background check, motor vehicle report, and drug screen. Random drug screens are also performed post-employment. · Must possess a current Driver's License; Commercial Driver's License (CDL B) preferred · Must be able to work a flexible schedule with overtime, nights, and weekends as the job requires · Must be at least 21-years of age to meet driver's insurance eligibility requirements for company vehicles · The physical ability to immediately respond to emergency situations. · Must meet the eligibility requirements of the company Fleet Policy to be a company sanctioned driver. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE: · Must possess good interpersonal skills. · Good communications skills, both written and oral. · Ability to apply concepts of basic math. · Ability to manage time between two or more projects at one time. · Ability to read and comprehend instructions and procedures. · Possess minimum ability to read a tape measure. · The ability to apply knowledge and skills to achieve intended results. · Must successfully complete company provided First Aid, CPR, AED, and Flagger training/certification · If required, must successfully complete company provided Forklift training/certification - understand you are not permitted to operate company forklift until certification is received. · Must successfully complete company provided Traffic Control training/certification · If required, must successfully complete company provided Smith Driving training/certification (eligible drivers only) Job Type: Full-time Expected hours: No less than 40 per week Powered by JazzHR y6V52r2HeD
