Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently with minimal supervision. Must have or be willing to obtain OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification. Must be able to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening as a condition of hire. Note: Some project locations require employees to be US citizens. All crew members will be required to provide documentation of such prior to first access to the job site. Ability to travel and work on projects outside of the local area, with scheduled return home every weekend Physical Requirements: Ability to work in various weather conditions, climb ladders, and access roofs. Position requires standing, kneeling, and lifting for extended periods. Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and be comfortable working at heights. Must be comfortable working at heights and capable of safely using ladders and other elevated access equipment. Driving: Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record that meets company and insurance requirements to travel to job sites as required.
