ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Organizes work to get the most productivity out of the crew by instructing employees where to go, what to do, and what equipment and/or materials will be needed.
Participates in pre-project and pre-task planning activities (reviews plans, subgrade, drainage, fine grading, compaction, paving, etc.) and then relays planning details to field crew.
Checks plants and orders correct amount of materials daily for asphalt patching. Coordinates with Operations Assistant to order correct amount of materials needed for concrete patching.
Supervises, oversees and trains crew to ensure work is performed properly and to AA's highest quality standards. Checks all work for quality periodically throughout the project and at the end of the job.
Performs all aspects of the job, including general laboring and operating equipment; makes it a priority to train others in all aspects of the job.
Solves problems as they arise and contacts Superintendent for assistance if unable to resolve the problem.
Completes all related electronic paperwork via Field Services/Dynamics and Workforce Go (HCMtoGo), correctly and on time.
Ensures compliance and personally follows all safety rules and regulations (including flagging, truck and equipment operations, etc.) and practices preventative safety measures; wears required PPE.
QUALIFICATIONS
Valid Class A CDL preferred with a good driving record.
In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and safety guidelines with one year of experience working on an asphalt and/or concrete crew.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to communicate and report effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and aptitude in math.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to work weekends and occasional nights.
Ability to travel to various worksites.
Ability to work long hours and in all weather conditions.

Position Overview:

These experienced professionals will perform structural concrete repair work such as breaking out, removing, and replacing concrete on roadways, ADA ramps, sidewalks, and curbs. Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday form 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.
* Interpret and work from blueprints, plans, and technical specifications.
* Demolish and remove existing concrete structures as required.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide leadership to the crew from the beginning of a project through completion, ensuring safety and quality standards, budget and timelines are met.
Climbing and working on communications towers; installing, replacing, and repairing antenna equipment
Direct and supervise the installation and maintenance services for wireless radio and antenna systems on towers, rooftops, and other elevated structures.
Review documentation with the crew to prepare for the build, assemble the necessary materials, and determine the required installation methods.
Supervise the tracking of all on-site inventory and materials.
Perform tower inspections, inventories, and audits as needed.
Collect, review, and submit all on-site closeout documentation per the deliverable timelines.
Training crew members on proper safety/quality standards to align with CCDP (Crew Career Development Program)
Verify that the crew members have proper certifications and skillsets to perform the scope of work.
Maintain issued equipment and report deficiencies as needed.
Submit daily reports on-site progress with any potential schedule delays and or needed / missing materials.
Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
3-5 years wireless telecommunications industry experience
1-3 years supervisory experience
Computer proficiency
Ability to perform fiber, sweep, and PIM testing.
Ability to operate aerial lifts, skid steers, and other heavy equipment as needed.
Strong verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to the set schedule.
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to motivate, lead, teach, and train on proper work and safety procedures.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma, general education degree (G.E.D.), or related trade school education
Must have a valid driver's license and a driving record that meets Company requirements.
Must be able to climb tall structures (100 feet or more) with 50 lb. load.
Ability to travel away from home, including weekends.
