Job Overview
Liliput Inc is looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Landscape Maintenance Crew Lead to join our rapidly growing Landscape Maintenance Division. This role will work directly alongside our Landscape Maintenance crews and direct daily work to ensure our clients' landscapes are maintained to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Direct and work with crew members.
Ensure that team has necessary tools and materials to accomplish projects.
Manage time, productivity, and material record keeping.
Provide consistent and timely communication with team members and managers.
Ensure adherence to plans and quality of work.
Recommend modifications based on field conditions, client requests, and/or supply issues.
Utilize hands-on training philosophies and demonstrate a strong work ethic through your example.
Promote safety, performance, and well-being of all crews.
Perform general landscape maintenance including planting and transplanting.
Requirements:
At least 4+ years experience as a crew leader
English and Spanish speaking
Valid Drivers License w/ a clean record
Must be able to lift more than 80 pounds.
Must be able to properly and efficiently complete necessary job site and company paperwork.
Must be able to communicate effectively with coworkers.
Knowledge of Irrigation (valves, timers, drip/pop-up)
Must be familiar with and able to operate all maintenance tools and safety protocol
Knowledge of basic planting/fertilization/pruning/pest control .

Heres what youd do:
An Extras Landscape Foreman will be responsible for managing the installation of upgrades/repairs for residential/commercial landscape maintenance and install accounts, including irrigation audits/repairs/installs, timers, drainage audits/repairs/installs, landscape construction, full property cleanups, and other applicable tasks.
Responsibilities:
Must have clean driver's license and pass a background check
Must have good communication skills with management/crew and clients
Managing crews production rates, quality control, and safety
Delegating job tasks as needed and ensuring efficient and effective work
Able to learn and use Landscape Management Network on a tablet to track all crew time, job time and materials.
Conducting job site inspections
Completing job site checklist
Driving a truck and trailer with the crew inside
Doing dump runs as needed
Reading and comprehending job work orders/job planners
Installation of required materials for landscaping/irrigation/site development
Scheduling delivery of materials and equipment
Assisting in job scheduling and coordination of subcontractors
Confirming safe operations, including reviewing potential traffic hazards, performing hard hat checks, safety gear checks, and general public safety checks
Maintaining job performance and progress records
Documenting time and materials used at each job site as well as labor time for job records and billing
Reporting reckless or dangerous activities to the job Superintendent; notifying Safety Office of any accidents and submitting accident reports according to Company policy
Abiding by all internal control & compliance practices to:
Safeguard assets from theft and misuse
Ensure segregation of duties to minimize fraud
Comply with business ethics, applicable laws, and regulations
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
Periodically reconcile physical assets to accounting records

Ability to work in extreme conditions temperatures may exceed 100 degrees Fahrenheit, as well as in the cold and rain as needed
Ability to work in direct sunlight for extended periods of time
Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs. (mulch, fertilizer, etc.)
Ability to load/unload burlaps with plant cuttings onto trailer (up to 50 lbs.)
Ability to bend, stoop, and twist continuously throughout the day
License/Certification:
