Their duties include handling stocks .and all paperwork, maintain the receiving area clean and organized, implementing record-keeping procedures, and other duties assigned by Management Accountabilities: The Lead directly supervises all activities for incoming products and materials. Works as an assist to on Duty' Supervisor alongside receiving personnel. Ensures all incoming material is accurately for and entered correctly into the system Ensures incoming product inspected and notes any shipping damage. Responsible for all Docs pertaining to product received (Attaching Receiving Logs, filing of Docs, Scheduling Receiving. Works alongside Supervisor on duty to assign, direct, review and monitor work of supervisors to maximize productivity warehouse. Ensures proper procedures are being followed for efficient warehouse and receiving activities Recommends improvements to reduce cost and drive productivity within the department. Analyzes and resolves work problems or assists workers in solving work problems. Assists with daily and EOM Performs other duties as assigned.
