SUMMARY OF DUTIES: The Laborer 3 - Yard Boss is a General Construction Laborer 3 with additional lead responsibilities who will be responsible for maintaining a clean, accessible, and well-organized exterior jobsite with a heavy emphasis on operating equipment to meet those objectives. This position will report to the General Construction superintendent and provide support throughout a construction project which includes general trades responsibilities. This person understands the general construction trade, power tools and safety procedures. The GC Laborer 3 oversees leading the crews in a professional manner and ensuring safety on job sites. A General Construction laborer needs to have the ability to be flexible as this position may perform various functions throughout a shift. Jostin requires all employees to work collaboratively as a team with not only other Jostin employees but also our trade partners.
