Responsibilities
SCOPE OF WORK:
Performs installations, alterations, additions, and/or repairs of electrical systems, conductors, and associated materials and equipment within the residential, commercial, and industrial electrical industry.
Internally:
Reports to the Lead Person/Field Supervisor and interacts with other field personnel and support staff (e.g. Estimating, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources and other Corporate services staff).
Externally:
May interact with owners, owner representatives, architects, engineers, trade contractors, vendors, and others who are associated with project related activities. Will work with assigned field personnel reporting to him/her (usually 1-6 employees).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the on-site management of assigned construction tasks/projects and assigned field personnel so as to ensure the scheduled completion of the project within established budget, time and quality standards while following standard operating procedures. Helps to establish performance goals and reviews project documents, plans, and specifications in order to effectively direct construction activities. Resolves conflicts related to construction of the project as well as personnel difficulties. Coordinates field installations and project close-outs, as well as develops and maintains customer/client relationships.

+ Efficiency and client standards are attained
+ Conducting site inspections, provide hands-on leadership, and provide guidance for soil, planting, watering and insect control.
+ Driving and maintaining our vehicles, train personnel with a strong emphasis on safety, and handle schedules, and review charts and reports.
You might be a good fit if you have:
+ 2 Years plus of landscape install experience
+ 1 year (minimum) experience managing 2+ person crew
+ At least one year of experience in lawn care and landscaping a must; supervisory experience desired.
And while not mandatory, it would be great if you also have:
+ Driver's license and good record, strong leadership, and familiarity with the techniques and equipment used in landscaping.
+ You also must be able to handle the physicality of our work: weather conditions, heavy lifting (30-80 pounds), and extensive walking.
+ CDL
+ Reliable transportation
+ Experience running equipment (skid steer, excavator, backhoe, etc...)
+ Able to read architectural drawings
+ Strong leadership skills
+ Able to work well with others
