Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Fiber Jetting/Blowing Foreman to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of fiber optic cabling systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of low voltage systems, fiber splicing, and network installation. You will work closely with other technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities (Including, but not limited to):
Manage and track daily activities of assigned crews.
Continually inspect work sites for potential hazards and/or safety concerns, ensuring safe work environments and compliance with state, federal, OSHA, and Congruex safety policies.
Perform fiber jetting and blowing for the installation of fiber optic cables in various environments.

Maintain accurate records of installations (butterfly diagrams) such as photos, cable sequentials, route designation, vault and cable identification.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
General
· Experience working with Plumett Super Jet, Cable Jet, Mini Jet or similar Jetting/Blowing machines.
· Experience working within Confined Spaces including Vaults and Manholes. Along with understanding of OSHA Standards.
· Proficient in operating air compressors, hydraulic reel trailers and similar types of machinery.
Proven experience in fiber optic installations.
Ability to work effectively with hand tools and other equipment necessary for cable installation.

Summary:

Key Responsibilities

We are currently hiring a Waterproofing/Concrete Restoration Foreman to oversee and supervise projects that involve commercial caulking, waterproofing, wall and floor coatings, concrete repairs, and masonry restoration. If you have experience in commercial construction or restoration, we would love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities:
Supervision & Team Leadership: Lead a team of skilled tradespeople on various projects, ensuring that work is performed safely and in accordance with specifications, quality standards, and deadlines.
Project Management: Coordinate activities, adjust work sequences, and communicate project progress to project managers and superiors.
Quality Control: Ensure all work complies with safety standards, quality control measures, and customer specifications. Inspect work areas for safety and cleanliness.
Material Handling: Assist in the lifting, positioning, and securing of materials and workpieces, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Training & Development: Mentor, educate, and train new team members on DRI-LOK's processes and procedures.
Customer Relations: Maintain good working relationships with clients and customer representatives, addressing any concerns and providing excellent service.
Safety Compliance: Ensure that all team members follow company safety policies and OSHA standards. Conduct regular safety briefings and site inspections.
Project Documentation: Use construction management software (e.g., Bluebeam, Microsoft Office) to manage project schedules, costs, and other critical documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in Commercial Construction: 3+ years of experience in commercial construction, waterproofing, concrete restoration, masonry restoration, or related trades.
Leadership Skills: Prior experience as a foreman, supervisor, or team leader, with the ability to manage a team, coordinate tasks, and ensure quality work.
Construction Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction techniques, waterproofing methods, air barriers, sealants, caulking, and concrete restoration.
Equipment Handling: Ability to operate equipment, power tools, and other construction machinery safely.
Safety Conscious: Knowledge of OSHA regulations and experience maintaining a safe work environment.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with construction management software (Microsoft Office, Bluebeam) to track project details and manage schedules.
Customer Focus: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with clients and customer representatives.
Physical Stamina: Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders, using aerial lifts, and working at heights.
Valid Driver's License with reliable transportation to job sites.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with masonry restoration and concrete repairs.
OSHA 10-hour certification (Training will be provided if necessary).
Knowledge of fluid-applied air barrier systems and spray equipment.

Remote Monitoring Foreman position answers calls from a centralized remote monitoring location for several parking markets and provides a high level of service to all customers, managers and peers by answering questions and ensuring that remote locations are kept up to date on issues as they occur. They are required to provide professional and courteous support to all internal and external customers. Assists the Facility and/or Operations Manager in monitoring established revenue controls and accountability systems.

General Essential Functions:
• Responds clearly and efficiently to customer inquiries including but not limited to monthly/daily rate information, directions to locations and assists in the remote operation of automated pay equipment stations.
• Uses a variety of revenue control systems based on location requirements.
• Ensures inventory of operational supplies are at hand and informs manager if restock is needed.
• Operates and monitors facility security intercoms and surveillance monitors.
• Maintains a clean work area at all times.
• Occasionally is responsible for remotely processing parking fees and related transactions accurately.
• Coordinates daily activities with Manager.

• Required to meet compliance responsibilities with regard to PCI (Payment Card Industry).
• Uses call center equipment as well as different revenue control systems to ensure a high level of service is provided to customers and staff across the Chicago Market and Remote Facilities
• Ensures all calls are answered and needs of customers are responded to in a timely manner and communicates clearly and effectively providing high levels of customer service.
• Completes accurate and well-written entries regarding calls into event log using internal web system.
Basic Qualifications:
• At least 6 months of general work experience.
• Depending on location, may be required to possess basic math skills sufficient to calculate time and money in assisting with Cashier-related duties.
• Ability to speak to customers using phone/audio remote monitoring technology.
• Computer literate, knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and Internet
