Requirements:

Tracking materials used on jobs.
Completing time tickets for crew daily.
Requirements
Three (or more) years of experience leading a landscape installation crew.
Valid driver's license and excellent driving record
Pesticide applicator's license is a plus. Experience in stonework is another plus.
Our Drug-Free Workplace Program includes pre- employment, post-accident with suspicion and reasonable suspicion screening.
Hours
This is a year-round position. Our general schedule is Monday through Friday 7:30AM to 4:00PM. Actual days and hours are subject to change and may include late afternoons or Saturday work during the busy season.

Job Description
* Organize and maintain the placement of vehicles within the designated zone or move area to the defined standard established by lot operations leadership.

* Responsible for continuous improvement efforts relating to safety and efficient movement of vehicles in and out of their assigned zone area.
* Move vehicles and stage them in a safe arrangement to their proper work destinations to eliminate multiple drop off points and less than full loads.
* Confirm that all vehicles can operate safely and engage service and tow teams when inoperable vehicles are found.
* Label vehicles with sale and routing labels to maintain accurate movements and eliminate the need for crewleaders to print and label staged units before transport.
* Communicate with crewleaders and managers regarding the status of inventory levels within the defined move area and make the decision of what is priority.
* Set an example in behavior by championing Cox/Manheim values and ensuring that all employees are treated with respect.
* Implement all company policies and procedures related to employee and customer conduct.
* Be a visible representation of Manheim's safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures, and modeling the behaviors related to these directives.
* Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
Minimum:
* High School Diploma/GED and 3 years' experience in a related field.
* OR the right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline; OR 5 years' experience.
* Safe drivers needed; valid driver's license required.
Preferred:
* Basic mechanical knowledge of identifying (i.e., flat tires, low gas, jump starting vehicles.)
* Knowledge of lot operations/lot layout preferred.
* Knowledge of LDM preferred.

Hours
This is a year-round position. Our general schedule is Monday through Friday 7:30AM to 4:00PM. Actual days and hours are subject to change and may include late afternoons or Saturday work during the busy season.

What You'll Do
As a CrewLeader, you'll lead a crew of 1-4 members and be responsible for:
Overseeing daily landscaping operations
Ensuring quality control and project standards
Training and supervising crew members
Performing and guiding tasks such as:
Mowing, pruning, planting, and general groundskeeping
Perennial bed maintenance
Equipment operation and upkeep
Maintaining a safe, efficient worksite
Operating trucks, trailers, and landscaping equipment
This is a hands-on leadership role, perfect for someone who thrives outdoors and leads by example.
What We're Looking For
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record (CDL not required)
At least 20 years old
Eligible to work in the U.S.
Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
Basic English communication skills
Strong attention to detail and safety
Must use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Preferred Experience:
Previous landscaping or groundskeeping experience
Familiarity with tools such as hand saws, pruners, mowers, weed eaters, and blowers
Experience supervising a small team or crew
