A commercial foreman is responsible to produce projects on time and within budget. You will manage and monitor workload along with crews professionally and accurately, maintain water tight projects daily, and provide excellent quality results for our customers. Minimum experience as a journeyman roofer for a period of 2 years required.
A service foreman is responsible to conduct the field operations of the maintenance and repair division in a field leadership role while using the latest up to date electronic technology to communicate with customers as well as our office. Minimum experience as a journeyman roofer for a period of 2 years required.
A commercial sheet metal installer is responsible for working on all forms on commercial projects, with a focus on sheet metal fabrication and installation of metal wall panels and roof panel systems. Sheet metal experience required.

This role leads and directs a field crew, coordinates with project management, and maintains high standards of quality, productivity, and professionalism on every job site.Responsibilities and DutiesProject Execution & Installation· Lead all activities related to forming, pouring, and finishing concrete collars for utilities, manholes, vaults, pipes, foundations, and related structures.· Inspect and verify proper backfill, compaction around installed collars, layout, elevations, and measurements.· Ensure collars are formed to correct dimensions, alignment, reinforcement requirements, and compaction standards.· Oversee concrete placement and finishing to meet strength, durability, and aesthetic standards.Crew Leadership· Supervise and direct crew members, assigning daily tasks and providing training as needed.· Maintain a productive, professional jobsite with clear communication and expectations.· Mentor crew in proper techniques, safety practices, and quality workmanship.Quality Control & Safety & Compliance· Review plans, details, and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.· Perform regular checks on formwork, reinforcement placement, anchor installations, and material quality.· Document completed work and report deviations or issues to project management promptly.· Coordinate delivery of tools, concrete, materials, and equipment needed for daily tasks.· Maintain equipment and ensure tools are in proper working condition.· Track and document material usage and crew hours for project reporting.Communication & Coordination· Communicate with project managers, inspectors, other trades, and customers as required.· Provide updates on progress, site conditions, and expected completion timelines.· Ensure work aligns with project schedules and deadlines.Qualifications and Skills· 3-5+ years of concrete construction experience, with specific experience in collars, flatwork, or structural concrete.· 1-2+ years of supervisory or foreman-level experience preferred.· Proficiency in blueprint reading, reading project plans, grade checking, concrete placement, and forming systems.· Ability to operate common concrete tools and equipment (plate compactor, saws, skid steer, etc.).· Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.· Ability to perform physical labor and work in varying weather conditions.· Valid driver's license; CDL a plus (preferred but not required).· OSHA 10 or 30 certification (preferred but not required).· Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred but not required).Company Benefits and Perks

• Quote prices and receive orders for company products such as ready-mix concrete, asphalt, aggregate, and miscellaneous resale products
• Establish delivery schedules according to factors including truck capacity, delivery site distance, and unloading time
• Batch and inspect loads to ensure consistency of mix
• Prepare invoices, delivery tickets, and related shipping documents; assign drivers for scheduled deliveries

READY MIX PLANT FOREMAN JOB QUALIFICATIONS
