The Cement Finisher Foreman supervises and coordinates a team with project requirements. The Cement Foreman supports project details and safety matters. This position will perform or finish cement tasks. This is a safety sensitive position.

Position Description:
The Cement Finisher Foreman supervises and coordinates a team with project requirements. The Cement Foreman supports project details and safety matters. This position will perform or finish cement tasks. This is a safety sensitive position.
Position Responsibilities:
Oversee and assist with the assembly and removal of forms that are used for the concrete installation
Supervise and assign teams appropriately
Use assorted power tools and small hand tools, including ten-pound sledgehammers, shovels, picks, handsaws, skill saws, and drills to assist with a variety of worksite projects
Read blueprints, drawings, and sketches for project requirements
Manage material management including inventory, distribution, and placement
Monitor project performance and report to management with updates.
Coordinates with other trade partners' foreman and superintendents as necessary
Promotes a safe work environment
Communicates and handles jobsite hazards
Oversee the security and verification of all site materials are properly stored
Required Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in cement
• Valid Driver's License.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Intermediate cement knowledge.
• Experience using and maintaining power tools and small hand tools.
