Lead the activities of Operation crew members and bridge tunnel patrollers. Take initiative in many of the emergencies and unusual situations that occur. Provide Traffic Control Supervisor and Control Rooms with up-to-date information regarding incidents and equipment and if personnel are needed at incident scenes. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead the daily work of an assigned maintenance crew. Set priorities, assign tasks, and verify that safety, quality, and productivity standards are met on every activity. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate the activities of the concrete crew on-site. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and enforce safety protocols among team members. * Manage daily work schedules and ensure that projects are completed in a timely manner. * Monitor and control material usage and manage inventory for concrete operations. * Provide guidance and instruction on proper concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing techniques. * Conduct regular inspections to assess work quality and ensure conformance to specifications. * Collaborate with project managers and other trades to facilitate project progress and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise. * Train new crew members on work procedures and expectations.

Benefits and Perks Guaranteed hours with Industry leading pay Comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Short-term Disability, Life insurance, and Paid Time Off On-call bonus pay Out of town travel bonus pay Duties and Responsibilities: Ensure all work is performed according to safety standards with a focus on quality customer service Perform manual labor and utilize hand and power tools such as trimmers, pole saws, jackhammer, concrete saw, drills, shovels, etc. Perform skilled equipment operations Perform preventative maintenance on equipment Operate light, medium, and heavy-duty trucks and equipment Perform work in various conditions and environments, including exposure to the outdoors and insects Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: Experience working in civil construction Experience operating hand and power tools and equipment such as shovels, drills, and measuring tapes Skilled in operating and maintaining light, medium, and heavy-duty trucks and equipment including excavators and skid-steers Basic computer skills Experience installing fencing is preferred Valid driver's license and ability to pass a motor vehicle record check; CDL license is a plus Must be motivated, willing to work as a team, and willing to learn Must be able to push and carry 50-70 pounds Must be able to work in all outdoor weather conditions Ability to pass a criminal background check Physical Requirements: Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time Must have physical strength, balance, hand-eye coordination, and stamina necessary to complete jobs in various areas Must be able to lift, push, and carry 50 - 70 pounds Must be able to work in various conditions, including but not limited to extreme heat and cold Additional Requirements: Must be able to work Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 5:00PM; additional work, including on-call, may be required Must maintain a satisfactory background record Elite Contracting Group ensures nondiscrimination in all programs and activities in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
