Ensure that all work orders are submitting by e-fax and that crew clocks in and out per company policy Completes before/after pictures of jobs as requested Ensures his/her team's scheduled jobs come in at budgeted scheduled hours or better. Understand/accurately perform all cleaning (restorative/maintenance) methods for carpet, upholstery, fabric, leather. Understand and accurately perform cleaning (restorative and maintenance) methods for hard surfaces including but not limited to ceramic and porcelain. Understand and accurately perform water damage restoration. Responsible for ensuring that his/her crew maintains a safe work area including the use of caution signs and barriers when appropriate. Responsible for care and cleanliness of crew's cleaning equipment and vehicles. Reports to work on time and in proper uniform. Follows rules, policies, regulations as outlined in company handbook, and ensure that his/her crew does the same; reports any issues to management.
