Location: Palm Beach County, FL Title: Foreman Salary: Competetive Compensation Package Based on Experience Duties and Responsibilities: The Foreman serves as a team leader and crew supervisor of workers to ensure that projects proceed smoothly. A foreman contributes the knowledge gained from education and work site experience to see to it that the crew is working safely and efficiently to complete projects on time. Identify and schedule each component of the plan and assign appropriate manpower and equipment to each activity daily. At the outset of each day, meet with each assigned personnel to communicate daily activity clearly and effectively. Coordinate and direct the activity of all jobsite crews, subcontractors and materials, equipment providers. Effectively interface with clients, inspectors, and regulatory representatives and other necessary individuals or organizations. Accurately report all jobsite time and activity daily review. Collaborate and review performance-to-plan with Project Engineer and Project Manager, and adjust the following day's assignments, resources and schedules.
