Responsibilities * Lead and supervise crews on underground and aerial telecom construction projects. * Enforce and model strict adherence to safety procedures; conduct daily tailboard and job hazard analysis meetings. * Maintain clear communication with project managers, inspectors, and client representatives. * Verify underground utility locates and marking accuracy prior to excavation. * Oversee conduit installation, fiber placement, and splicing with quality assurance checks. * Ensure proper restoration and cleanup of all work sites to meet client and municipal standards. * Plan and stage equipment, materials, and personnel for maximum productivity. * Maintain accurate redlines/as-builts for all installed plant. * Document and report production metrics, safety observations, and incidents daily. * Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the crew. Qualifications * Experience: 3-5 years as a Foreman in telecommunications or utility construction. * Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions. * Licenses: Valid CDL-A driver's license. * Requirements: Must pass a drug test and background check.
