Job Description
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday (7:30am-4:30pm)
Pay Rate: $17.35/hr.
Job Responsibilities:
Orient and instruct new drivers regarding their job duties and assist supervisor in assigning and directing the work of employees.
Communicate with supervisor or manager to assure proper flow of vehicles and maintain log of stock numbers for each vehicle moved and its lot location.
Communicate schedules and assignments to the crew members.
Manage vans and transport drivers to locations. Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of employees and vehicles by transporting them according to schedule to their proper work destinations.
Shuttle employees to and from auxiliary parking lots on sale days; provide transportation to employees parking inventoried vehicles at remote sites.
Pick-up and drop-off employees and other Auction personnel to/from the Auction, parking lots, dealerships, customer locations/businesses, and other locations.
Perform daily maintenance and routine checks of the van and clean and service the vehicle with fuel, lubricants, and accessories.
Visibly demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling the behaviors related to such. Work in cooperation with Market Safety Manager in support of all safety activities aligned with Safety Excellence.
Work with manager to review work volumes, plan and continuously monitor staffing levels to ensure efficiency, quality work product, and effective customer service; review departmental performance against key performance indicators and metrics and develop and execute strategies for improvement.
Effectively leads the team at the location by setting an example in behavior, championing Cox/Manheim values and ensuring that all employees are treated with respect.
Enforce all company policies and procedures related to employee and customer conduct.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
May be required to work overtime as business needs dictate.
Qualifications:
Minimum:
High School Diploma/GED and 3 years' experience in a related field.
OR the right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline; OR 5 years' experience in a related discipline.
Safe driver's needed; valid driver's license required.
Work Environment:
Frequent exposure to outdoor weather conditions.

Danella, a national utility contractor, is adding workers to our operations. We are looking for an experienced telecom Foremen. Applicants must have experience in the daily management of a crew.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Foreman are responsible for the safety of the crew and the public. We expect are foreman to follow all safety practices. The foreman is also responsible for managing the day to day operations of his crew and to meet production goals and customer requirements.
Foreman are to be able to direct crews in the installation, maintenance, relocation, or repair of telecom cable, including copper, fiber, ADSS and coax. Foreman should have experience in excavations of trenches for installation and relocation. In addition be able to set, rebuild or abandon manholes and or vaults.
Foreman should also possess the ability to rod, wire, and pull cable.
In addition, foreman are expected to do daily reporting of time, production, and as-builting.
QUALIFICATIONS
1 year minimum experience in telecom construction
Must have a valid driver's license
Be able to pass Pre-Employment Drug Testing and background screening

Comprehend blueprint readings to prepare layouts including selecting materials, planning sequences and methods of work, measuring and marking materials to avoid costly mistakes or omissions.

Work with materials such as wood, plastic, fiberglass and/or drywall.

Shape or cut materials to specified measurements, using hand tools, machines, or power saw.
·
Measure and mark cutting lines on materials, using ruler, pencil, chalk, and/or marking gauge.

Utilize chisels, planes, saws, drills, sanders, levels, rules, plumb bobs, framing squares and other hand tools to repair and erect structures.
·
Join materials with nails, screws, bolts, staples and adhesives.
·
Complete the following tasks: stain-grade trim work, hang doors, drill and set door hardware, install partitions, set windows, layout for stairs and common rafters, read blueprints, erect scaffolding, utilize appropriate math skills.

Check completed work units to be sure they are level, square, plumb and the right size, shape and location, and are up to code and specifications.
