Responsibilities include site preparation and cleanup, trench digging, scaffolding setup, demolition, and debris removal. May operate a range of hand and power tools such as air hammers, tampers, cement mixers, hoists, and measuring instruments. This position may also assist skilled trades and perform other duties as assigned.
**Responsibilities**
Essential functions will include:
+ Clean and prepare construction sites to eliminate hazards.
+ Erect and dismantle scaffolding, shoring, braces, traffic barricades, ramps, and other temporary structures.
+ Load, unload, and distribute building materials, tools, and machinery to appropriate locations.
+ Measure, mark, and record layout dimensions for construction activities.
+ Operate pumps, compressors, or generators to power tools, equipment, or move materials.
+ Mix, pour, and spread concrete using portable cement mixers.
+ Control and direct traffic around work zones.
+ Dig trenches or ditches, backfill excavations, and compact or level earth using hand and pneumatic tools.

Job Description:
The Service Crew for position performs jobs such as setting and resetting dining room tables, clearing tables, refilling water, and maintaining consistent and efficient unit specific service standards.
Essential Functions/Characteristics
Interacts professionally with other employees, customers, and suppliers.

Cleaning Services
