Thanks for considering a career opportunity at Chamberlin Roofing and Waterproofing. * Manage construction site for divisional responsibility * Oversee field staff, Safety, equipment, materials, scheduling, cost efficiency, quality, productivity and company vehicle organization for assigned project * Responsible for assisting in the scheduling, training and reviewing of field personnel * Communicate with Superintendent, client and subcontractors * Ensure warranty inspections and punch list items are completed and handle delegated customer issues on assigned projects * Assist in performance management of the team * Ensure all safety requirements are adhered to everyday/always (JHA, water, equipment, stretch and flex, PPE, etc.) * Other responsibilities as assigned Experience: * Minimum of 2 years' experience at a Sr. Technician level or higher within the construction industry * OSHA 30 certification Minimum Requirements: * English speaking, bilingual preferred * Safety focused * Ability to read and follow blueprints and construction documents * Able to communicate expectations and lead others * Able to work independently without significant supervision * Good oral and written communication skills * Must be at least 18 years old * Must have a valid driver's license * Must be authorized to work in the United States * Must be able to lift at least 50lbs * Must be able to work outside in changing weather conditions * Must be able to work in elevated locations * Must be able to work at least 40 hours per week and overtime when necessary * Must have reliable transportation to get to differing job locations * Must be looking for full time employment with a desire to advance within the company Education Required: * High school diploma or GED Chamberlin Roofing and Waterproofing seeks and values people of all backgrounds because every employee, customer and business partner is important.
