Oversee the civil construction process. Oversee the installation of pile and properly perform QA/QC inspections. Read and interpret blueprints to ensure that construction work is done according to design specifications. Ensure that construction sites meet OSHA safety standards and that all necessary safety protocols are in place. Collaborate with construction estimators to ensure that projects are properly planned and budgeted. Identify and address any potential issues or risks that may impact the project. Provide training and guidance to construction team members. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and other stakeholders. Performs other duties as assigned.
