The Crew Leader must provide clear and concise direction for their crew, while setting the standard example of brand standards and conduct. They must be knowledgeable of the installation process as well as all equipment required for each project. The Crew Leader should have excellent leadership and communication skills in order to effectively lead their crew on each project.
