How you will make an impact * Oversee the work of the crew, actively participating in daily tasks and operations. * Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and work collaboratively with team members. * Interpret and adhere to drawings, specifications, and instructions to effectively layout and execute project tasks. * Operate machinery, including forklifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts, to facilitate the movement and installation of equipment. * Oversee and ensure all safety protocols and requirements are met and maintained. * Attend all required customer meetings, representing the team and addressing any project-related concerns. * Ensure job sites are cleaned and organized following the completion of tasks. * Perform other duties as assigned to support project and team objectives.
