ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Be able to perform all assigned tasks which typically include but are not limited to the following:
Check and make sure the company vehicle, pressure washer machinery, hoses, chemicals, and tools are stocked and in working order
Visit clients and understand their pressure washing needs
Use pressure washers and pertinent machinery to clean all types of surfaces including homes, buildings, windows, roofs, awnings, decks, patios, walkways, driveways, and fencing
Remove dirt, grime, mold, mildew, and other organic growth from surfaces
Use degreasers or removal chemicals as labels recommend when requested
Inspect surfaces being cleaned to assure chemicals and ratios used do not damage the finishes of each product
Spot-check areas to ensure the surfaces cleaned and up to company standards
Review job with the client once you are complete
Clear the job site and store all hoses and equipment correctly
Follow all safety protocols to prevent damage or injury
Supervise cleaning associates, ensuring they meet with the highest standards of cleanliness.
Ensure assigned residential homes and commercial properties are cleaned and maintained to the highest standard.
Assist in the training of all powerwashing cleaning associates, ensuring that all associates have a complete understanding of the company policy, procedures and expectations.
Set a constant example to all associates in dress and behavior, ensuring all associates are adhering to grooming and conduct standards.
Evaluates employee performance, conduct on-the-job training and coaching when necessary, and initiate disciplinary action of associates when appropriate.
Promote a safe and disciplined environment with adherence to company policy and procedures.
Report incidents, procedure, or safety violations to management.
This is a working cleaning position that also includes driving to accounts.
Ability to monitor time and set priorities to ensure residential homes and commercial properties are cleaned within a given time frame.
Enter time logs and payments on daily route applications.
SKILLS:
Experience operating pressure washing equipment preferred but not required; training will be provided
Knowledge of different cleaning solutions and their appropriate uses
Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality results
Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner
Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and work in various weather conditions
Please note that this is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to lift heavy equipment and stand for extended periods of time.
