Supervises inmates in the preparation and production of meals for inmates as well as staff; supervises cleaning of dishes, utensils, pots, cooking equipment, and all Food Services areas. May include working in the Bakery, in the Prep, Cook/Chill, or Dish Room areas on the floor. Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory of kitchen tools, keys, and chemicals. Ensures all food products are handled and stored properly, and monitors portions and inventory. Tracks production of special diets as required.

Examples of the Job duties:
Place geosynthetic and insulating material on ground using clamps to pull and place the rolls of material.
Fill, lift (50+ lbs) and place sandbags to prevent the movement of insulating material on ground.
Cut, using a knife, the excess of insulating material.
Seal the borders of insulating material by heat producing machines and/or sewing.
Grind, sand, or polish surfaces
Clean and Maintain a safe work environment by picking up trash and construction debris.
Construction Laborer Position Requirements:
Must be willing and able to perform physical work in the field conditions
Construction or manufacturing experience
Reliable transportation and ability to commute to local jobs
Willing to travel and stay on the road for extended periods of time (long-term travel)

Position Responsibilities
Manage, evaluate and train field project team members.
Plan, organize and direct production of contracted scope of work.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, inspectors and other trades.
Coordinate production and attend meetings with other trades as well as the general contractor to identify and resolve any conflicts while providing excellent customer service.
Ensure all installations meet quality and plumbing code standards.
Manage material and personnel requirements necessary to meet schedule.
Adhere to Power Design's standards of quality, safety and best practices.
Here's What We're Looking For
Skilled field supervisor with at least five (5) years of experience managing a scope and running multimillion dollar projects for plumbing contractor.
An active or ability to obtain within 90 days a Mechanical (HVAC) or Plumbing license.
Proficient knowledge of the International Plumbing Code (IPC), local codes and construction safety requirements.
Must have at least basic computer and writing skills.
