Job Description Creature is seeking a Plumbing Foreman to lead traveling plumbing crews across healthcare and commercial projects. This role requires technical expertise, field leadership, and a commitment to safety and quality. The Plumbing Foreman ensures that crews execute installations with precision, efficiency, and compliance-building better, faster, and smarter. Role Expectations Lead plumbing crews across multi-state projects, setting clear expectations and maintaining accountability. Interpret drawings and plumbing schematics, directing layout and installation of DWV, domestic water, and vent systems. Coordinate manpower, sequencing, and materials with Project Managers and Superintendents. Drive prefab and modular installation methods, collaborating with production leadership for efficiency. Ensure compliance with all safety standards and oversee daily reporting, including Procore updates. Mentor apprentices and journeymen, modeling high-performance field culture. Qualifications Licensed Journeyman or Master Plumber with 8+ years of experience. Prior experience leading plumbing crews or foreman-level leadership. Strong knowledge of IPC/UPC codes, medical facility standards, and multi-state commercial installs. Proficiency with Procore and digital reporting tools preferred. Valid driver's license; willingness to travel 70-80%. Pre-employment drug screen required.
