The primary duties of the General Laborer are to safely assist crews with various types of construction projects. Projects range from performance contracting, energy efficiency retrofit, and backup/supplemental power distribution generator equipment emplacement. The General Laborer will be responsible for the safety and wellbeing of his/her crew members along with the timely completion of each project they are assigned. Laborers need to have the ability to communicate with residents and members of the public in a courteous and respectful manner. Minimum Qualifications: (Education, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills): * Minimum one year of experience as a general laborer or skilled trades apprentice. * Valid Driver's License. * Ability to proficiently read, write, and communicate in English. * Must be willing and able to travel 75-85%+ as required (driving company vehicle and/or fly commercially if necessary). * Possess an in-depth knowledge of construction processes.
