As a Tree Climber, you would be responsible for:

Minimum of 3 years climbing experience and/or 2 years documented foreman experience
Advanced knowledge of proper tree pruning and removal techniques, along with skilled cabling and bracing techniques, and knowledge of various knots used in roping and technical rigging
Experience with technical rigging for use in trimming and large removals
ISA Certified Arborist (or in process)

The Enclosure Foreman will be responsible for overseeing the completion of the projects in the Enclosure Department. This oversight includes ensuring employee safety and productivity while demonstrating strong leadership skills. May travel off-site to conduct services.
Responsibilities and Duties
Oversee and ensure that all safety rules are followed at all times.
Produce work schedules in accordance with the availability of employees, contractors, and labor laws.
Recruit, hire, mentor, and train employees and contractors.
Develop and oversee quality standards.
Resolve conflicts or miscommunication that may happen quickly and amicably.
Read drawings and blueprints and convey this information to others.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Additional related training or experience required.
Electrical license in the state of Iowa preferred
Pays close attention to detail.
Understands how to read and use a tape measure and good knowledge of hand tools.
Excellent communication skills and well organized.
Ability to assist and support others.
Physical Requirements
Continuous speaking, hearing, and visual (including close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus) effort.
Frequent standing, crouching, stooping, kneeling, reaching, climbing, and handling.
Commonly lifting/moving of up to 40 lbs. individually.
