Requirements
Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is strongly preferred.
Possession of a valid driver's license is required.
Demonstrated leadership and effective communication skills.

Capability and comfort working outdoors and performing physical labor.
Experience in a leadership, foreman, or similar supervisory role is a plus.

Work is usually performed with other workers.
