Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor. * Conducts self in manner consistent with the Mission and Values of the Company. DOR's are a set of distinct responsibilities that are assigned to leaders within the store to ensure clarity around execution of work and support development and growth. DOR's are not a title or position but opportunities for individuals to progress within their role. *Note - DOR's will rotate. Requirements: Minimum one year's work experience in retail leadership, or equivalent role Bachelor's degree (preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) Charismatic personality and a love for the vineyard vines brand and community Proven track record in driving sales with strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills Has experience and passion for leading and mentoring a team Team focused, confident and professional Accuracy and attention to detail Ability to plan, manage time, and make decisions in a fast paced environment As an employee at a vineyard vines retail location, all team members must have the ability to: Stand and/or move around for extended periods of time Reach, carry, bend, and climb ladders occasionally Lift up to 40 pounds, unless an accommodation is requested Scheduling Requirements: Weekend availability required - scheduling will be dependent upon the needs of the business 20-30 hours/week average to maintain part-time status Seasonal Stores (25-40 hours/week average during seasonal peak periods) *Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 (i.e., at least 2 weeks after last dose) and, if hired, present proof of vaccination by start date.
