Learn and gain experience in the behind-the-scenes process that goes into implementing large-scale events. * Set up events by gathering, moving, and preparing supplies for an event. * Assist in the implementation of social events. * Staff events and remain on site for the duration of the event. * Assist with event take-down and evaluation. * Learn and gain experience in outreach, relationship building, and public speaking. * Assist with educational and informational sessions. * Welcome attendees at check-in and arrival, and engage with students and families throughout events and between sessions.
