Qualifications:
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and an American citizen or Green Card holder. AmeriCorps WCC CrewMembers will work in teams of six members with two crew leaders. Members will work cooperatively with and take direction from crew leaders and the Program Staff. Crewmembers will complete six, ten-day conservation projects around the state of Wyoming, living and working outdoors; crewmembers will also complete one week of orientation at the before the start of the first project. Members' responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, camping, cooking, work-related task completion, participating in environmental education, and group learning programs and various camp chores. Work projects are located throughout the state of Wyoming, working with state and federal land management agencies. Projects will include: trail maintenance and construction, habitat restoration, development reclamation, construction, scientific survey, and various agricultural projects. Crewmembers will be required to fulfill a total hourly commitment over the course of the term of service (May-August). Crewmembers will be enrolled in a one upper-division credit WCC class through the University of Wyoming. Completion of this course and fulfillment of hourly commitments through training, projects, and some travel are required in order to be eligible to receive the AmeriCorps Education Award. Crewmembers will complete a variety of trainings and orientations for the WCC program and its AmeriCorps affiliation. Trainings include a required 16-hour Wilderness First Aid course at no cost to the participant. This is a drug and alcohol free position with zero tolerance. AmeriCorps members will be supervised by WCC staff.

JOB TITLE:
Basketball Table Crew
JOB PURPOSE:
To work in one of the positions on the Scorer's Table at the Men's and Women's Basketball Games.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work the shot clock at the men's and women's basketball games
Run the DV Sports replay
Run the scoreboard
Manage the scorebook
Operate the game clock for the home season
REMOTE WORK ELIGIBILITY:
This position provides vital support to campus customers and requires the successful candidate be available to work on campus.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Experience working in Athletics at the college or high school level. Training will be provided for scoreboard, scorebook, shot clock, game clock and DV sports replay.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to work multiple games and be available should someone assigned need to be replaced.
Must be courteous to officials, coaches, and student athletes during competition.
Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
